Description A fun introduction to Abstract Art for beginners. No prior knowledge or experience needed just some curiosity and a willingness to explore! Session 1 - "What's it about?", We'll explore what abstract art is emphasizing its focus on shapes, colours, lines, and emotions rather than realistic representation and begin some practical exercise learning some basic techniques Session 2 - "So how do you do it?" We'll dig deeper in to various abstract art techniques and materials. Session 3 - "Colour and emotion?" We'll explore the role of color and emotion in abstract art with some practical exercises. Session 4 - "So what's my style?" We'll set you on a journey to discover and develop your own abstract art style with plenty of time to create your own piece of work At the end of the 4 sessions you should have a better understanding of abstract art, various techniques, the role of colour and emotion, and most importantly, the confidence to explore and express yourselves through your unique abstract artworks.
