Writing for Wellbeing is a process of personal exploration and learning. The guided two-hour sessions are a safe, boundaried space to be creative, have fun and discover the power of writing. Writing for Wellbeing is available to everyone as you are the world’s best authority on your own experience which means you will never write anything wrong! “I wasn’t sure how the session would be, would I find it useful or enjoyable.
