Developing a painting Patricia Mcparlin
This workshop is a 4 week programme and involves a site visit plus studio work in Patricia studio.

Service Description
Week 1 : We will visit Ferryside to take images to use as a starting point for your work. Sketchbook, ink, watercolours and pencils to make exploratory drawings will be used to record your findings. A viewfinder will also be used. September 8th Week 2 : In the Pembrey studio - We will make some monochrome drawings from the images and explore tone and depth. September 15th Week 3 : In the Pembrey studio - We will experiment with mark making, for possible incorporation into the final pieces. September 22nd Week 4 : In the Pembrey studio - We will work on our final pieces, using your chosen medium and with reference to the images, drawings and mark making exercises. September 29th.
