Week 1. Creating Sanctuary with Mindfulness and Meditation, You will be guided through a relaxing meditation to help you visualise your own sanctuary, followed by a creative activity to bring to life the sanctuary you have created. Week 2. Mindfulness - Drawing Mandalas learn how draw your own mandala to help calm your mind and body, this will be followed by creating a large group mandala setting our intentions, making connections, and expressing our shared energies. Week 3. Colour Your Emotions, You will learn about colour theory and how colour can impact your wellbeing, and how to use colour to express a range of emotions. Week 4. Gratitude Journalling and Creative writing. Starting with a gratitude meditation, you will then learn how using a gratitude journal, creative writing, and affirmations can benefit your emotional wellbeing.
