​Please submit high-resolution images of your artworks alongside the entry form. We can only accept submissions when the submission fee has been paid.

Submission requirements
ï‚· Each applicant may submit up to 3 images of their work*.
The submission fee is £5 per image. Submissions must be made online at www.ytycelf-thearthouse.com.
Applicants must be age 16+ and living in the UK.
ï‚·2D and 3D works are permitted. There is no minimum size but the maximum size is 85x65cm.
For health and safety reasons all 3D works must be able to be displayed on plinths.
The applicant must confirm that all submitted works are their own and not in breach of any copyright.
The commission rate on all artworks is 25%.
Successful applicants will be notified by email no later than Monday 8th September 2025.

Our workshop spaces attract participants from all ages and social backgrounds. Artists must consider this when selecting work to be exhibited. YTC-TAH reserve the right to reject any artwork we feel may cause offence or distress.

Exhibition requirements
Delivery and collection of artwork is the responsibility of the artist. If using a courier it is the artists responsibility to provide adequate protective packaging and arrange their own courier.
All deliveries and collections must take place during our gallery opening hours.
All artworks must be clearly labelled on the back with the artists name, title, medium and price. Price must be inclusive of our commission rate of 25%.
Payment for sold works will be made at the end of the exhibition.
All 2D artworks must be framed, clip frames will not be accepted. We use a STAS hanging system. To ensure your artwork is compatible with our hanging system please ensure it has D rings and picture chord or wire attached on the back.
All artists will be required to sign and return an exhibition contract.
Any unsold artworks must be collected by 08/11/25. The gallery reserves the right to dispose of any work uncollected by this date unless prior arrangement has been made with the Gallery Manager.
Publicity
Y Ty Celf – The Art House reserves the right to photograph exhibits for publicity, education, and marketing purposes.
Copyright will remain with the artist however by signing the exhibition agreement artists agree images of their work may be used for publicity, marketing and educational purposes.
The gallery will promote the exhibition across our website, across social media including Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter, with our subscribers, and with exhibition publicity including flyers, posters and emails.
Responsibility
Your artwork will be insured by the exhibition organisers, Y Ty Celf – The Art House, whilst on their premises. However, work is submitted at the owner’s risk and it is the artists’ responsibility to insure and accept responsibility for their work in transit. If artists are using a courier service, we recommend that artists take a photograph of their work prior to dispatch. Please ensure your artwork is adequately packaged and corner protectors used where possible. Whilst every effort is made to ensure the safety of all artwork there are some risks that must be accepted by the artists themselves.
