Create Connect & Grow — For People Ready to Move Forward If you’ve been out of work for 12 months or more, feeling stuck, low in confidence, or unsure where to begin, this free 8‑week programme offers a supportive space to help you reconnect with your strengths and take positive steps forward. Create Connect & Grow is designed for: Adults aged 16+ who’ve been unemployed for 12+ months Young people aged 16–24 who are currently NEET Individuals experiencing wellbeing or health challenges Unpaid carers who’ve been out of work long‑term Over 8 weeks, you’ll explore creativity, build confidence, improve routine, and learn practical wellbeing techniques that help you feel more motivated and ready for future opportunities. You’ll also create a professionally published journal capturing your personal journey.
